Beginning Monday September 14, 2020, USD 281 will be utilizing the waiver from USDA to offer FREE breakfast and lunch for ALL Students. Meals will be served and provided as normal; however, your child’s breakfast/lunch account will not be charged. Meals will be served on the days that USD 281 is in session. If school is cancelled due to inclement weather, no meals will be served that day. If your child currently has a positive lunch balance, the money will remain as a credit until the program ends. 2019-20 yearbooks are in! If you did not get a chance to order one last year, please contact me via kimpfeifer@usd281.com, call the HCJSHS office at 785.421.2117, or stop by my classroom or the HCJSHS office to get yours before they are gone!
HCGS Parents,
It was wonderful to see all of the students and have them back in the building today. The teachers and I are excited for another great year as well. Just a quick note for tomorrow... Parents, please talk with your student/s in the morning and discuss where you will meet when school lets out. Since we are using several exits, students may be confused on where they are to meet-up with parents at the end of the day.
Thanks,
Mr. Granberry
Please be advised, HCJSHS doors will open at 7:45 am. There was a glitch between the USD 281 website live feed and our district Facebook page.
